The Australian design industry marks an exciting milestone in 2013, with the tenth anniversary of the Australian Interior Design Awards. The prestigious program is open for submissions for projects completed between 1 September 2011 and 31 December 2012, with awards to be announced on 31 May 2013. Entries can be submitted online until 1 March 2013.
The Australian Interior Design Awards recognise and celebrate interior design excellence via a credible, industry-based program, which is backed by the Design Institute of Australia, the professional body representing Australian designers. The awards conferred have both national and international significance.

Eligibility
Any Australian-based design professional may enter, including interior designers, interior decorators, interior architects, architects and all other design professionals. Entries are encouraged from individuals, groups, partnerships and those working in larger practices.
Projects may be located anywhere in the world. They must be furnished and must have been completed between 1 September 2011 and 31 December 2012. They may not have been previously entered into this Awards program.
If you haven’t already registered or submitted an entry for this year’s program, you will need to register now. Projects may be entered in more than one category, where appropriate (separate submission and entry fee required).
The judging process is anonymous, transparent and confidential. It is based on peer review and conforms to international standards. Jurors are eminent designers working with a convenor appointed by the Design Institute of Australia.
