The annual Core77 Design Awards is now open for entries. Recognizing excellence in all areas of design enterprise. The Core77 Design Awards celebrates the richness of the design profession and its practitioners.
Core77 offer a number of design categories that are analogous to the diversity of today’s design disciplines. Categories include consumer products, packaging, soft goods, interiors and exhibitions, service, social impact, writing and commentary, food design, and speculative to name a few.
“Across all categories we offer a distinction to both Professional and Student entries, with the exception of DIY (no distinction between Professional or Student entries) and Educational Initiatives (Professional only).
“We ask that all Professional work has been realized by March 31, 2013 unless your project is a concept or proposal, then we suggest that you enter it into the Speculative category or wait until the following year. If you are submitting work as a Student or into the DIY category, work should reach the production stage by March 31, 2012. Feel free to enter your project(s) into as many categories you like (where applicable).”
Entry fees apply with a discount for early submissions.
Earlybird deadline is January 31, 2013 at 6 PM Eastern Time.
Regular deadline is March 15, 2013 at 6 PM Eastern Time.
All judging will take place in May 2013.
