48 hours and a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition will be the basis for the first Global Service Jam Sydney.
Participants work together to design and plan something which has the potential to eventuate. Although the Jam might be free form, there is a clear goal for the weekend – finished designs and plans which have the potential to become real, and which will be published to the world at the end of the weekend.
People interested in service and customer experience will meet all over the globe to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme.
