In conjunction with our various exhibitions, the Vitra Design Museum offers a variety of workshops. Join our workshop programme this spring and summer and become acquainted with the design process from the idea and sketch to the finished product, create cardboard furniture, make jewellery from recycled materials, build your own Red-Blue-Chair or learn to sketch like Louis Kahn. All workshops are geared towards the respective audience and based on sound teaching methods, providing insights into the design process including the use of imagination, rational thinking and manual dexterity. The Workshops will be held in German, but English-speaking attendees are welcome to join. The workshop leaders speak English.
