Cup, electrotype reproduction, Elkington & Co., England, c.1880. Silvered cup with three feet (clawed), concave well, the sides engraved on exterior with a band of laurel (OF). From the Roman specimen discovered at Hildesheim :- cup with three feet; (or bowl) engraved with band of laurel; Height 2 1/4"; silvered (LC).
