Model, furnace with double Siemens gas regenerator, wood / metal, supplied by Carl Schroder, Germany, c 1880.Wooden model, painted orange and black, side removes to reveal sectional view. Described in stockbook as a furnace with Siemen's Regenerator, manufacturer's catalogue number 1637. Described on location card as scale model of gas puddling furnace with double Siemens Regenerator No 1837.
